Photos: Woman rescued as she attempts suicide in Kenya

An unidentified Kenyan woman was rescued from River Kathita in Meru, Kenya today May 7th after a failed attempt to commit suicide following her inability to provide school fees for her children. Residents of the community who were using the river at the time she attempted suicide, saw her and saved her. So sad for her! See more photos after the cut...
